An Addison Group client is looking for 3x Customer Service Representatives!
Job Responsibilities:
- Make a minimum of 30 outbound calls per hour to prospective customers.
- Book at least 3 qualified appointments per hour.
- Deliver clear, professional communication while handling inquiries.
- Accurately document all call and appointment details.
- Maintain punctuality and consistency in a structured, metric-driven environment.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of customer service experience; prior work in high-volume call centers required (30+ calls/hour).
- Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical services strongly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to adapt quickly to industry knowledge.
- Education not required.
