Be able to enter, process and assist with sales orders.
Provide timely quotes to our customer base (domestic and international).
Help customers with product questions.
Assist customers with part inquiries.
Field inbound calls and emails for sales inquires.
Able to provide timely freight/shipping quotes.
Assist with routing for freight and UPS shipments.
Can produce Bill of Ladings and shipping labels.
One- three years of experience in an administrative support role.
Bilingual- not required but preferred.
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment.
Must be able to balance tasks and duties based on priorities.
Strong, reliable and dependable work ethic.
Professional communication skills with staff, customers and sales network.
Detailed oriented.
Proficient in MS Office-Word, Outlook, etc.
