Addison Group is partnering with our client, a small, well-established organization, to hire a Customer Service & Accounts Receivable Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, numbers, and technology in a collaborative office environment.

Job Description

This position supports day-to-day operations by serving as a primary point of contact for customers and partners while assisting with billing, payment processing, and general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and comfortable learning new systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for incoming phone and email inquiries
• Assist with accounts receivable tasks including invoicing and payment processing
• Support customers through program- or service-related processes
• Maintain accurate records in accounting and CRM systems
• Provide general administrative and office support as needed

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in customer service, accounts receivable, billing, collections, or bookkeeping
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working with numbers and transactional data
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software quickly
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
