Job Description

The Contract HR Recruiter will oversee full-cycle recruiting, onboarding support, and candidate experience for a variety of roles. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, managing multiple priorities, and supporting organizational growth through talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and interview candidates for warehouse and production roles
Conduct a high volume of daily phone and in-person interviews
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to meet staffing needs
Represent the company at job fairs and community hiring events
Assist with new hire paperwork, onboarding, and orientation
Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking and internal systems
Deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience

Qualifications

Recruiting or talent acquisition experience required
HR experience a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable making repetitive calls and engaging with diverse candidates
Team-oriented, detail-focused, and organized
