About Our Client: Community health organization with multiple clinics throughout Delaware.

Job Description: The Patient Service Representative is a front-line, patient-facing role responsible for delivering excellent customer service and supporting daily clinic operations. This individual will be the first point of contact for patients and plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience while supporting access to care within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Schedule and manage patient appointments
• Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
• Verify insurance and update patient demographic information
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Collect co-pays and assist with basic billing questions
• Support administrative and front desk operations as needed

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Bilingual in Spanish (required)
• Experience in healthcare, customer service or reception (preferred)

Additional Details:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
• Transportation: Reliable transportation required (car preferred)
• Reporting To: Office Manager
