Addison Group is seeking an AV Engineer to lead the stabilization and upgrade of multiple conference rooms. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering reliable, modern AV experiences across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Upgrade and stabilize existing conference rooms
- Deploy and configure Zoom-enabled AV systems
- Install and integrate Yealink hardware and Dten displays
- Troubleshoot and resolve persistent AV issues
- Ensure real-time monitoring and alerting systems are in place
- Collaborate with Network Engineers and Systems Engineers to ensure seamless integration
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in AV engineering
- Proven track record in building and stabilizing conference room solutions
- Strong understanding of Zoom Room architecture and AV hardware integration
- Experience with Yealink and Dten devices
- Familiarity with real-time monitoring and alerting tools
- Excellent communication skills; ability to interface with technical teams
