Account Manager – Sales
Location (city, state): Scottsdale, AZ (with some travel to New Mexico)
Compensation: $80,000 – $90,000 base salary + Uncapped Commission

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience with a stable employment history
- Demonstrated success in business development and client retention
- Willingness to travel within Arizona and occasionally to New Mexico
- Proficiency with CRM software and standard office applications
- Self-starter who thrives in a remote or hybrid environment with minimal supervision
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new client relationships through cold outreach and referrals
- Maintain and grow existing accounts through regular contact and solution-based selling
- Present technical products and services tailored to customer needs
- Support onboarding and ensure a smooth handoff to operational teams
- Coordinate internally to meet client expectations and resolve issues
- Track and manage leads, activity, and opportunities within CRM system
- Conduct periodic in-person client visits and travel as needed within the region
- Contribute to strategic sales planning and forecasting
- Participate in campaigns to re-engage dormant accounts
