Account Manager – Sales

Location (city, state): Scottsdale, AZ (with some travel to New Mexico)

Compensation: $80,000 – $90,000 base salary + Uncapped Commission

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new client relationships through cold outreach and referrals
  • Maintain and grow existing accounts through regular contact and solution-based selling
  • Present technical products and services tailored to customer needs
  • Support onboarding and ensure a smooth handoff to operational teams
  • Coordinate internally to meet client expectations and resolve issues
  • Track and manage leads, activity, and opportunities within CRM system
  • Conduct periodic in-person client visits and travel as needed within the region
  • Contribute to strategic sales planning and forecasting
  • Participate in campaigns to re-engage dormant accounts
