The ideal Workplace Operations Lead would be someone that is experienced and comfortable managing a wide variety of projects and responsibilities from ensuring the smooth running of our Pune office and creating a memorable experience, to rolling up their sleeves and getting it done. The Workplace Operations Manager is someone who works well in both group settings as part of a global team and as an individual, who relishes the challenge of supporting and developing their direct reports.
Having a professional, friendly and outgoing approach will set the Workplace Operations Lead up for success and being ready to get to work and collaborate with anyone and everyone will be essential. You should be enthusiastic, have the ability to think strategically and be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders across the business. As Addepar continues to grow, there may be opportunities to extend your remit outside of India.
