Senior Amazon PPC Account Manager

This is a full-time role for one of our internal companies, which specializes in helping brands grow on Amazon. It is an AI-first e-commerce company helping brands grow on Amazon. The team integrates automation and AI agents into core operations, letting experts focus on strategy, optimization, and driving real results for clients—fast, smart, and data-driven.
Location: Open to candidates based in Canada, Europe, and South America – Full-time, Remote
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Own and manage multiple Amazon PPC accounts, ensuring optimal performance across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
- Oversee, guide, and collaborate with AI agents developed in-house to execute and optimize campaigns efficiently.
- Develop and implement Amazon PPC strategies tailored to client goals, leveraging AI-assisted insights to drive conversions and maximize ROI.
- Handle direct client communication—understand their needs, provide strategic insights, and manage expectations.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data- and AI-backed optimizations to improve efficiency.
- Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and audience segmentation with AI-assisted tools.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and AI developments to keep strategies competitive.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align Amazon PPC efforts with overall brand strategies.
Skills to be Successful
- 3+ years of hands-on Amazon PPC experience managing Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
- Expertise in Amazon Advertising Console (Amazon Ads) and third-party PPC tools.
- Strong analytical skills—ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven optimizations, now augmented with AI tools.
- Excellent communication skills—confident in managing client relationships and explaining complex PPC and AI-assisted strategies.
- Proven ability to define Amazon PPC strategies and execute campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Proficiency in tools like Amazon Seller Central, Helium 10, PPC automation software, and AI-based advertising tools.
- Experience with budget management, bid strategies, and conversion tracking.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for e-commerce, digital marketing, and AI-assisted workflows.
