We're building a next-generation platform that combines ecommerce operations, global talent, and AI-powered automation into a single growth engine for modern ecommerce brands.
This isn't a traditional marketing role.
As Head Of Growth, you'll design and own the revenue strategy across a portfolio of businesses serving ecommerce brands. You'll work closely with leadership to unlock new acquisition channels, partnerships, and AI-enabled offerings.
If you love building revenue systems, launching new offers, and turning strategy into scalable growth, this role gives you the autonomy and ownership to make it happen.

Your Mission: Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Own Platform Revenue Growth
- Build and execute the overall growth strategy across multiple business units
- Develop scalable acquisition channels for ecommerce brands and operators
- Drive enterprise opportunities and outbound revenue initiatives
- Optimize funnels and offers to accelerate revenue
Create Cross-Platform Expansion
- Design strategies that connect services, talent, and technology across the platform
- Develop bundled offerings that increase client value and platform adoption
- Identify opportunities for cross-sell and ecosystem expansion
Launch AI-Driven Offerings
- Bring AI-enabled tools and automation solutions to market
- Help package new productized services powered by automation
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to commercialize AI capabilities
Build Strategic Partnerships
- Develop relationships with ecommerce agencies, SaaS platforms, and industry communities
- Create scalable distribution channels through partnerships
- Identify new ecosystems where the platform can expand
Drive Strategic Growth Initiatives
- Contribute to pricing and packaging strategy
- Support new product launches and expansion initiatives
- Explore new growth opportunities, including potential acquisitions
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
- Experience scaling revenue in a SaaS, ecommerce, or services environment
- Strong understanding of the ecommerce ecosystem (Amazon, Shopify, DTC)
- Proven ability to build partnerships and distribution channels
- Experience with growth marketing, funnels, or revenue operations
- Background in enterprise sales, outbound growth, or strategic partnerships
- Ability to design scalable growth systems, not just campaigns
Bonus Experience
- Amazon marketplace ecosystem knowledge
- Agency or services platform growth leadership
- Experience with AI, automation, or productized services
