HR Administration & Documentation
Manage end-to-end employee onboarding, including induction scheduling, document verification, and HR system updates.
Maintain accurate employee records (contracts, ID cards, files, HRIS entries) with full compliance.
Support offboarding processes including exit formalities, clearance documentation, and final settlements.
Compliance & Audit Readiness
Ensure site-level HR processes comply with labour laws, policies, and GCC HR SOPs.
Maintain updated checklists, trackers, and reports for compliance and audit purposes.
Coordinate with Legal/Compliance for inspections, statutory filings, and audits.
Employee Services & Query Management
Act as a first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, payroll inputs, benefits, and engagement programs.
Escalate complex cases to Site Ops Lead, Engagement Lead, or HRBPs as required.
Support resolution of grievances, incident reporting, and employee documentation issues.
HR Systems & Process Support
Ensure timely and accurate updates in HRIS / workforce management systems (e.g., Kronos, SAP SuccessFactors).
Assist in data extraction, reporting, and reconciliation for HR dashboards.
Support process automation initiatives and system audits.
Employee Engagement & Site Ops Support
Assist in executing site-level employee engagement programs, recognition events, cultural initiatives, and communication drives.
Coordinate with Admin and Security for seamless employee experience (badges, facilities, transport, travel, etc.).
Provide logistical and operational support for townhalls, leadership visits, training programs, and engagement activities.
Capture employee feedback during engagement activities and share insights with the Engagement Lead for improvement.
Qualifications
Educational Qualification: Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Postgraduate HR qualification preferred but not mandatory.
Work Experience: 2–5 years of experience in HR operations, employee services, or site administration. Hands-on exposure to onboarding, payroll inputs, HRIS/HRMS, and compliance tracking. Experience working in multi-site or large workforce environments desirable.
