Organization & Team Building:
Execute the Adani Business Excellence Model and conduct internal technical knowledge sharing sessions to develop capable, self-managed teams.
Customer Orientation:
Improve customer satisfaction by implementing robust CAPA and achieving zero line stoppage due to spare unavailability.
Sustainability of Business & Market Share:
Formulate strategies to reduce risks and enhance efficiency through technological developments, focusing on MTTR reductions and improvement projects.
Adherence to Annual Business Plan:
Ensure laser cutter uptime while meeting budgeted targets for capacity, operational costs, EBITDA, and preventive maintenance adherence.
Organization Development & Sustainability:
Achieve 100% adherence to safety inspections to demonstrate OHS leadership and provide a safe working environment for all employees.

Educational Qualification:
B.Tech Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical
Desired Qualification : BE/B.Tech
Work Experience (Range of years):
Min 8- 12 years of Leadership experience in managing stringing operations, including process improvements and meeting production targets.
