- Handling and Assisting Arbitration and Litigation cases/matters PAN India.
- Preparation of pleadings like claims, counter claims, written statements replies, Notes of arguments, Do good research, Vetting of documents,
- Coordinating with advocates.
- Meeting and interacting with businesses, understanding of issues and facts.
- Making strategy internally with Legal HOD and Business Head and teams.
Look after monthly MIS, Advocates bills and updating of case.
Qualifications
Essential: Candidate with LLB from a reputed institution.
Desired: LLM.
PQE: 5 to 7 Years
