Key Responsibilities:
Developing overall respective plan for Horticulture work with details on coverage, species to be developed and resources to be used.
Preparation of schedule for various Horticultural developmental and Maintenance tasks and review the same on regular basis with the concerned agencies & Teams and make action plan to complete the work within schedule time frame.
Ensuring timely availability of all resources including materials for achieving the scheduled progress of work.
Implementation of safety in various activities as per norms & ensure safe work practices at site.
Implementation of safe working practices and development plan for safe working culture. Accountable for creating a safe working environment.
Ensure quality of work and record keeping.
Timely Completion of the works.
Execution of works as per contract terms & conditions including closing of contracts.
Cost optimization and introducing various methods to reduce costs on material & labor.
Timely Completion of the works.
Execution and documentation of assigned projects within timeline.
Implementation of safety in various activities as per norms & ensure safe work practices at site.
QC of plants delivered at site before execution of project.
Preparation of reports, MIS & presentation of work being done at site and submission to concerned authorities.
Maintain all safety standards of Adani group.

Landscaping.
Farming.
Nursery management.
Plant protection.
Irrigation & Fertigation.
Basic MS office.
SAP.
Qualifications:
Bsc(Horticulture) or related degree
Experience: 1-3years
