Project Management & Oversight:
Oversee the architectural and design aspects of all projects in the cluster, ensuring they meet functional, aesthetic, and financial objectives.
Review and validate all architectural drawings and designs, providing feedback and ensuring that corrections are accurately implemented.
Maintain and monitor comprehensive trackers for all ongoing projects to track progress, deadlines, and dependencies across various departments.
Ensure projects are delivered with optimal quality, adhering to predefined budgets and timelines.
Inter-Departmental Liaison:
Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, construction, and operations to gather and address project requirements effectively.
Align project designs with market needs and organizational strategies to ensure competitive positioning and client satisfaction.
Act as the central point of communication for all design-related discussions, consolidating inputs from multiple teams to guide external consultants.
Design Leadership:
Define design briefs for external architects and consultants, outlining expectations and deliverables in alignment with project goals.
Provide regular guidance and inputs to external consultants, ensuring their work reflects the organization's standards and the needs of various departments.
Drive innovation and creativity in the design process while maintaining practical feasibility and regulatory compliance.
Consultant & Vendor Management:
Identify, engage, and manage relationships with architects, consultants, and other service providers to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
Coordinate with consultants during key project stages, including design development, tendering, and execution.
Evaluate and approve consultant submissions, ensuring they align with project goals and technical requirements.
Tendering & Execution Support:
Provide expert guidance during the tendering stage by reviewing documentation and ensuring all architectural aspects are accurately reflected.
Support site teams during project execution by addressing design-related challenges and facilitating smooth coordination between consultants and contractors.
Monitor construction progress on-site to ensure alignment with approved designs and quality benchmarks.
Team Development & Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of architects and designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills, tools, and knowledge to excel in their roles and contribute effectively to projects.
Promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and excellence within the design team.

Qualifications:
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's in Architecture (B.Arch.). Master's in Architecture (M.Arch) specializing in Town Planning is preferred.
Work Experience (Range of years): 20-22 Years
Preferred Industry:
Experience in architectural design, urban planning, and project management, with a strong track record in leading large-scale real estate and mixed-use development projects. Minimum 5-6 years of experience with major real estate firms, having overseen at least one project spanning a minimum of 1 million square feet through its complete lifecycleāfrom conceptualization to design, execution, and handover.
Proficiency in regulatory bylaws, environmental clearances, and Building Information Modeling (BIM).
