Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Planning:
路 Develop Comprehensive Strategies: Formulate and implement robust user engagement and retention strategies that align with overall business objectives.
路 User Journey Mapping: Create detailed user journey maps to understand touchpoints and improve user experiences across all stages.
路 Lifecycle Marketing Plans: Design and execute lifecycle marketing plans that cater to different user segments and stages, from onboarding to retention.
2. Campaign Development & Execution:
路 Multi-channel Campaigns: Design, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messages, WhatsApp, etc.) aimed at increasing user engagement and retention.
路 Personalization & Segmentation: Utilize data insights to create highly personalized and segmented campaigns to target users effectively.
路 Content Creation: Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop engaging and value-driven content that resonates with different user segments.
3. Data Analysis & Optimization:
路 Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
路 A/B Testing: Design and conduct A/B and multivariate tests to evaluate and enhance campaign effectiveness.
路 User Feedback Analysis: Gather and analyze user feedback to identify pain points and areas for improvement in user experience.
4. Collaboration & Communication:
路 Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, customer success, and sales teams to ensure a cohesive approach to user engagement and retention.
路 Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer within the company, ensuring their needs and challenges are represented in strategic decisions.
5. Reporting & Documentation:
路 Detailed Reporting: Create comprehensive reports on user engagement and retention metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
路 Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of strategies, campaigns, and best practices for future reference and scalability.
Qualifications:
BBA or equivalent, Masters/Postgraduate in Digital Marketing.
3-6 years in relevant Digital Marketing business.
