Responsibilities
Coordination and Communication:
Help coordinate with internal departments like Operations team to support MEPF system maintenance and operations.
Assist in liaising with external vendors and contractors, ensuring they follow safety and operational procedures.
Provide support in organizing the procurement of necessary MEPF materials and equipment.
Emergency Repairs and Incident Response:
Provide support during emergency repairs, including isolating systems and coordinating resources to minimize downtime.
Help document incident details, repair work, and any follow-up actions taken.
Assist in maintaining emergency repair logs and reports for future reference and compliance.
Energy Conservation Implementation:
Support the monitoring and implementation of energy conservation strategies for MEPF systems.
Assist Senior Executive/Assistant Lead - MEPF (E&M) in conducting energy audits and identifying areas for improvement in energy efficiency.
Documentation and Record-Keeping
Assist in maintaining accurate records of MEPF systems, inspections, maintenance activities, and vendor communications.
Help prepare and submit reports on maintenance activities, system issues, and compliance checks to senior staff.
Ensure documentation is kept up-to-date and accessible for audits and inspections.
Training and Learning Support
Assist in learning and familiarizing oneself with MEPF systems, safety protocols, and operational processes.
Participate in training sessions to improve understanding of MEPF systems and relevant safety standards.
Support senior staff by assisting with the training of new staff or contractors on MEPF operations.
