You'll be responsible for designing scalable systems that improve how our sales, marketing, and customer success teams operate. You won't just connect tools—you'll map customer journeys, understand the human side of GTM, and build AI-enhanced workflows that drive real outcomes. If you're energized by ambiguity, obsessed with tinkering, and passionate about making GTM smarter, this is your role.

What Your Day Could Consist Of:

• Diagramming complex GTM processes and identifying opportunities for AI-powered improvement.
• Building internal tools and workflows using platforms like Clay, n8n, Zapier, and Lovable.
• Collaborating with sales teams to understand pain points and design solutions that actually help close deals.
• Integrating APIs and data sources to streamline lead routing, scoring, and outreach timing.
• Running experiments to validate GTM hypotheses and improve conversion workflows.
• Embedding AI into GTM systems using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and custom LLM prompts.
• Communicating clearly with Sales, Marketing, and executives to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Documenting systems and sharing learnings to scale GTM engineering across the org.

What Is Needed:

• Experience in GTM, RevOps, growth, or technical operations roles (3+ years preferred).
• Strong bias toward commercial impact—your work should help someone close a deal.
• Technical fluency and curiosity: you love tinkering with tools and learning by doing.
• Familiarity with Clay, n8n, Zapier, Lovable, Bolt, TypeScript, Python, or SQL (or a willingness to learn).
• Exposure to sales workflows—you understand why timing matters and where automation can help or hurt.
• A hacker mentality: you ask "how do I make this work?" and find creative paths forward.
• Comfort with ambiguity—you thrive in messy problem spaces and bring structure to chaos.
• An experimental mindset: you test, iterate, and improve systems based on feedback.
• Excellent communication skills—you can translate technical ideas for non-technical stakeholders.
• Active interest in AI—you're already using tools like ChatGPT or Claude and excited to push them further.

$91,000 - $125,000 a year
