Job Overview

We're helping our client, find a driven, hyper-organized operator to serve as the right hand to the founder. This role is a hybrid of operations lead, strategic executor and executive assistant with authority. The person in this role will translate the founder's vision into reality by managing cross-functional projects, ensuring accountability and building scalable systems.

Responsibilities:

Founder Support & Vision Execution
Act as a direct extension of the founder—absorbing vision, strategy, and goals and ensuring execution.
Own infrastructure handoffs from founder to teams with clear deliverables and timelines.
Serve as the founder's eyes and ears across departments, filtering updates and reporting actionable summaries.

Project Coordination & Accountability

Oversee multi-departmental projects from kickoff to completion.
Facilitate communication, track timelines, and hold teams accountable for milestones.
Remove bottlenecks and escalate issues when necessary.

System & Workflow Management

Manage and refine ClickUp dashboards, spaces, and processes.
Implement and maintain automations using Zapier, Make, or similar tools.
Assist in building and optimizing AI-powered workflows.

Operational Reporting

Deliver weekly project status reports to the founder.
Document SOPs and process improvements to boost efficiency.
Ensure visibility into timelines and priorities.

Communication & Cross-Functional Liaison

Confidently communicate with all levels of the organization.
Keep stakeholders aligned, on-task, and motivated.
Bridge cultural and operational gaps between leadership and execution teams.
