HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to own and optimize the full people operations function within a fast-growing organization. This role will be responsible for building scalable HR systems and processes while supporting a high-performance, people-first culture. Onboarding, Training & Development

  • Own onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless employee transitions
  • Develop and enhance training programs and internal documentation
  • Support performance management cycles and feedback processes

Culture & Employee Experience

  • Serve as a trusted partner to employees and leadership
  • Support engagement, retention, and internal communication initiatives
