Key Responsibilities
- Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and creative projects across multiple channels
- Partner closely with Creative, Growth, and cross-functional teams to define timelines, scope, deliverables, and approvals
- Establish and maintain project workflows using tools like Asana, Google Workspace, and Slack
- Ensure accountability by tracking progress, managing resources, and proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks
- Gather requirements, build briefs, and facilitate ongoing communication to keep all stakeholders aligned
- Maintain marketing calendars and ensure accurate handoffs across teams
- Continuously improve processes to optimize team efficiency and productivity
- Monitor performance of project initiatives and provide recap documentation post-launch
