As an Account Manager at Catalyst Partners, you will serve as both a relationship manager and business development partner for assigned clients. You'll manage accounts end-to-end, ensuring operational excellence while also identifying growth opportunities that increase revenue and strengthen partnerships.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a bootstrapped, resource-conscious environment, yet can confidently handle multi-million-dollar accounts and revenue growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts generating up to $6M in annual revenue, ensuring retention, satisfaction, and growth.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients — managing onboarding, ongoing communication, and execution of deliverables.
  • Coordinate across internal teams (finance, ops, marketing, investments) to deliver solutions aligned with client goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, providing strategic guidance where needed.
  • Partner with leadership on business development initiatives — sourcing new opportunities, pitching services, and expanding existing accounts.
  • Track KPIs, prepare account performance reports, and present insights to clients and leadership.
  • Work in a lean, agile way — balancing hands-on execution with high-level client strategy.
