Test Engineer

Quality Assurance Engineer

Join a leading biomedical/biotechnology engineering firm specializing in the manufacture of medical devices.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and review test strategies, test plans, and test scenarios based on product requirements.
• Execute manual testing, report, investigate, and debug issues.
• Collaborate daily with the development and V&V teams to ensure clarity of test strategy.
• Execute test scenarios and test plans, focusing primarily on manual functional black box testing.
• Initiate test strategies from scratch, selecting appropriate frameworks and determining coverage needs within budget constraints.

Essential Skills:

• 5 years of experience in functional testing.
• 5 years of experience in identifying and writing test strategies and procedures.
• 2 years of experience in hardware-software product testing.
• Expertise in functional testing, test strategy, embedded testing, test scenarios, test plans, and test procedures.

Additional Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in the medical field.
• Familiarity with V-Model.
• Knowledge of embedded C, Modbus, and TCP.

Work Environment:

This hybrid role requires working in the office three days a week, specifically on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Additional days may be necessary depending on project demands. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
