Looking to hire a systems test engineer for an aerospace and defense client. A security clearance is not a must but you must be willing to obtain one.

Description

This role defines and integrates test environment capabilities across the engineering lifecycle for missile defense products. The engineer supports requirements development, system level test integration, and validation activities while coordinating across multiple engineering disciplines.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Required Skills

• Experience defining test requirements and test system capabilities
• Ability to support hardware integration, validation, and factory transitions
• Strong systems engineering and cross functional collaboration skills

Desired Skills

• Familiarity with modeling, simulation, prototypes, or test bed integration
• Experience identifying technology risks, cost drivers, or affordability improvements
• Ability to mentor teams and support implementation on major development programs

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tucson, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $80.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
