We're urgently hiring a Senior Satellite Systems Engineer with deep expertise in mission architecture and end-to-end satellite development. Qualifications:

• Proven experience in satellite systems engineering
• Strong understanding of the 7 key satellite subsystems
• Ability to architect missions, write proposals, and interface with customers
• Experience with trade studies, integration, testing, and operational planning
• Leadership skills and ability to manage cost, schedule, and budget
• Bonus: experience in program management or startup environments

Work Environment: Office-based role in Downtown Denver. Small, agile team (currently 10 employees in the US) backed by a global aerospace leader. Collaborative, high-impact environment with direct access to decision-makers.

Salary Range: $180,000-$200,000

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $180,000.00 - $200,000.00/yr. Health insurance coverage, matching 401k plan, generous team performance-based bonus, collaboration with EnduroSat offices in Sofia, Berlin, and Toulouse, with occasional international travel.
