Systems Engineer

We are seeking a Systems Engineer to work on the full development of a brand-new regional aircraft made from composites and designed for enhanced aerodynamics.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the architecture of the systems, during development and throughout their lifecycle, complies with the customer's requirements.
• Develop complex equipment systems following applicable guidelines, such as ARP4754A.
• Develop technical and managerial engineering processes in accordance with company strategies.
• Design and integrate landing gear components, assemblies, and systems to meet customer requirements.
• Identify component and system characteristics with respect to their individual requirements.
• Clearly identify, document, and track compliance with regulatory authority systems regulations and customer requirements.

Essential Skills:

• Systems engineering, hydraulic, pneumatic, integration, steering, mechanical.

8-20 years of experience working as a systems engineer with landing gear, flight controls, or brakes experience.

Experience with ARP475 guidelines.

Experience working and dealing with suppliers.

The candidate must be eligible to work in Canada.

Job Type & Location:

This is a contract position based out of Laval, QC.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.

Workplace Type:

This is a fully onsite position in Laval, QC.
