Systems Engineering Design Leader

Lead the definition of incremental features for the new Systems Engineering ALM tool. Gather initial stakeholder inputs and best practice implementations across key product teams. Define a draft standard work proposal, including process definition, training packages, and proposed tool configurations. Communicate new standard processes to the user community and manage feedback. Triage feedback into categories such as must-fix, productivity improvements, and nice-to-have features. Submit formal change requests and oversee their deployment.

This is a contract position based out of Waukesha, WI. The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $85.00/hr. This is a fully onsite position in Waukesha, WI. This position is anticipated to close on Dec 19, 2025.
