Systems Engineer
As a Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for writing systems-level functional requirements for helicopters using Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE). This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the engineering team and engage in hands-on experiences on the factory floor.
Responsibilities
- Write system-level functional requirements for electrical or avionics systems in helicopters, rotorcraft, light aircraft, or corporate jets.
- Engage with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies to enhance requirement writing.
- Collaborate effectively within a team to assist in various parts of aircraft design and development.
- Stay physically close to the work by engaging with the factory floor to observe and interact with the parts being designed.
Essential Skills
- Experience writing system-level functional requirements for electrical or avionics systems.
- Experience in the helicopter/rotorcraft, light aircraft, or corporate jet industries with a minimum of 4 years.
- Proficiency in requirement writing for helicopters, rotorcraft, light aircraft, or corporate jets.
- Familiarity with schematic designs, analog circuits, wire harness design and development, and wire specifications.
Additional Skills
- Experience using Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) for requirement writing.
- Analog design experience.
- Wire harness development experience.
- Schematics development experience.
- Experience with DOORS as a requirement management tool.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $69.00 - $96.00/hr.
