Structural Engineer

We're seeking experienced Structural Engineers to support a growing backlog of parking garage inspection projects across New York City. If you have hands-on experience with DOB-compliant inspections, concrete restoration, and structural assessments of elevated parking structures, we want to hear from you!

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Structural Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a Professional Engineer (PE) license and have at least two years of experience in a related engineering field. This role involves working on specialized projects throughout New York City, with a primary focus on parking garage structures.

If candidate doesn't have QPSI license, must have 2 years minimum of relevant experience with parking garage inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support engineering projects focused on parking garage design, assessment, and rehabilitation across NYC.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, reports, and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and structural evaluations to ensure compliance with safety and engineering standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, contractors, and city agencies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control and assurance procedures.
• Stay current with industry regulations, especially those related to parking structures and urban infrastructure.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Active Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant engineering experience with parking inspections.

QPSI certification is preferred; support will be provided to obtain certification if not currently held.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
