Reports to Sr. Management
Ability to manage multiple highly complex projects and teams
Establish and formulate the parameters of the design work according to the scope of work
Direct or participate in the planning design or review of structural facilities
Design and perform calculations and analysis of structural steel and concrete foundation and supporting structures
Maintain project files and organize drawings, specifications, and construction documents
Communicate with other disciplines to ensure coordination of the construction documents
Review shop drawing submittals to ensure compliance with project requirements
Coordinate with other PMS architect, design, professionals, or other disciplines owner contractors to ensure necessary processes will be supported
Supervise structural engineer II and structural engineer I in project development and assignments
Communicate scope changes to project executive and project team
Conduct site visits for field measuring and verification of existing conditions
Maintain continuing professional education and discipline
Perform related duties as required
Skills: PE License, SE, bluebeam, risa, RAM, SAP 2000, autodesk, revit, facility design, Structure, Design, Structural engineering, Structural analysis, industrial
Experience Level: Expert Level
Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $150000.00/yr. 401k match (currently 3%), company & individual performance, 3 weeks PTO (first 5 years)
Workplace Type: This is a fully onsite position in Beverly Hills, MI.
