Structural Engineer

We are seeking a Structural Engineer who is eager to work in a collaborative team environment at our growing office in Minneapolis, MN. The position involves working on a wide variety of building projects including healthcare, higher education, multi-family, hospitality, commercial, and renovation projects. This full-time role offers significant growth opportunities for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Design new and complex buildings across various market types.
• Conduct analysis and renovations of new and existing buildings and structures.
• Coordinate with project team members across multiple disciplines.
• Attend project meetings with clients and perform construction administration duties, including site visits.

Essential Skills:

• Proficient in structural engineering and design.
• Experience with structural analysis and drafting.
• Working knowledge of Revit and 3D design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with a Structural focus.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in structural design of buildings; more experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
• EIT certification preferred.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
