Structural Engineer

Senior Structural Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer who will be responsible for performing structural analysis, creating CAD models, and reviewing drawings to ensure compliance with safety and design specifications. The successful candidate will lead teams, manage budgets, and coordinate with stakeholders to maintain project schedules and quality standards, while actively contributing to the mission and values of the company.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structural analysis and create detailed CAD models.
• Review and ensure drawings comply with safety and design specifications.
• Lead and manage engineering teams effectively.
• Oversee project budgets and coordinate with various stakeholders.
• Maintain project schedules and uphold quality standards.
• Contribute to the mission and values of the organization.

Essential Skills

• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in structural engineering.
• Proficiency in structural engineering, AutoCAD, Revit, and structural design.
• Expertise in structural analysis, concrete, and structural steel.
• Experience with BIM, RISA 3D, and construction documents.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• MS degree in Structural Engineering is required.
• Fifteen or more years' experience in structural engineering design and project delivery, particularly in industrial construction projects.
• Project management experience with the Department of Defense (DoD) is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.

Work Environment

The role is primarily based in an office setting with occasional travel to project sites to monitor progress. The company is privately held and experiencing rapid growth. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $150000.00/yr. Company offers full range of benefits from 401k, Health, Dental, Vision, Relocation.
