Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer with strong mixed-signal design capabilities and foundational digital experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in embedded system development, schematic and PCB design, and system-level troubleshooting. This role focuses on hardware and low-level embedded development.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and design embedded systems with a focus on mixed-signal circuits.
• Create and refine schematics and PCB designs.
• Conduct system-level troubleshooting down to the component level.
• Utilize schematic design tools effectively.
• Operate logic analyzers and oscilloscopes for testing and validation.
• Utilize STM32 microcontrollers for embedded system development.
• Employ Altium Designer for PCB design and development.
• Run design reviews and provide feedback for optimization.
• Produce concepts and develop them into prototypes.
• Enhance and build upon existing designs, depending on experience with FPGA and embedded C.

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in electrical engineering and mixed-signal design.
• Experience with schematic design and digital circuits.
• Knowledge of STM32 microcontroller systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot systems down to the component level.
• Experience in prototype development and PCB design.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with medical devices is a nice-to-have but not required.

Work Environment:

This position is based on-site in Santa Clara and offers a flexible start time between 7am and 9am, working an 8-hour shift from Monday to Friday. The role is housed in a state-of-the-art facility, providing an opportunity to work on innovative electronic products.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $69.00 - $79.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
