What You'll Do

• Analyze and design telecommunications structures including towers, mounts, and platforms
• Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality and client satisfaction
• Prepare and finalize structural reports that meet industry standards
• Review and mentor junior engineers, providing feedback and guidance
• Promote a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement

What You Bring

• 4+ years of experience in structural engineering and project management
• Proficiency with Risa 3D and tnxTower
• Strong understanding of structural principles and applicable codes
• PE license (preferred) or actively pursuing licensure
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Bonus Skills

• Experience with Revit, BIM, and civil engineering principles

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00/yr. Salary range of $85,000 – $100,000, based on experience. Performance-related bonus.
