Mechanical Reliability Engineer
The Senior Mechanical Reliability Engineer will be responsible for collecting and analyzing equipment performance data to identify patterns and predict potential failures. The role involves developing and implementing strategies to enhance system reliability and reduce maintenance costs. You will conduct root cause analyses to address recurring issues and design maintenance schedules based on predictive and preventative insights. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will integrate new technologies and improve operational processes, while continuously monitoring systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards. Additionally, you will prepare detailed reports and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations to management.

- Strong vendor relationship skills
Work Environment
The work environment consists of spending 60% of the time on the manufacturing floor and 40% at a desk. The facility includes a shop floor with automated equipment. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, or a 4x10s schedule. The role requires wearing boots and pants in an industrial environment, along with personal protective equipment such as hard hats and glasses. Work can be physically demanding, especially in summer heat.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $105000.00/yr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
