Software Engineer TSSCI Poly

We are seeking a full stack developer responsible for designing, developing, and implementing both frontend and backend software for a complex web application. This role involves translating software requirements into functional and maintainable solutions within existing application frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete software development process from conception to deployment.
• Maintain and upgrade software following deployment.
• Oversee the end-to-end life cycle for the production of software and applications.
• Guide the analyzing, writing, building, and deployment of software.
• Oversee automated testing and provide feedback to management during the development process.
• Modify and test changes to previously developed programs.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Python for backend software development.
• Experience with React or Angular for frontend development.
• Knowledge of AWS or Azure cloud technologies.
• Active TS-SCI Poly clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2-20 years of experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Security+ certification or willingness to obtain before starting.
• Experience with modern cloud providers, standalone Kubernetes deployments.
• Understanding of JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Familiarity with source control tools such as Git or GitLab.
• Experience with DevSecOps and Agile Scrum methodology, including tools like Jira and Confluence.

Work Environment

The position is on-site in a SCIF located in Aurora, CO or King of Prussia, PA. The role involves working in a secure environment with advanced technologies and requires adherence to security protocols.

Job Type & Location

This is a contract to hire position based out of Aurora, Colorado.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $80.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
