Software Engineer - Individual Contributor

Join our dynamic team as a Software Engineer, where you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, debugging, and implementing software components, tools, and testing utilities. This role involves ensuring that software requirements are successfully implemented and monitored to enhance efficiency. You will generate software design and interface documentation and actively participate in planning, standups, and retrospective sessions as part of a scrum team. This position requires independent work with minimal supervision, utilizing professional expertise.

Design and develop software components and tools.

Test and debug software components and utilities.

Implement software solutions effectively.

Monitor software requirements to increase efficiency.

Generate comprehensive software design and interface documentation.

Participate actively in planning, standups, and retrospective sessions within a scrum team.

Proficiency in software engineering.

Experience with MATLAB programming language, including application development.

Ability to debug issues on MATLAB 2022b applications and above.

Proficiency in C++ and Python programming languages for developing middleware software of Qt GUI applications.

Possession of a university degree or equivalent practical knowledge.

Four to six years of relevant experience.

Experience with Motor Controls.

Robotic Arms programming expertise.

Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies.

Work independently within a scrum team, engaging in planning sessions and standups. Utilize advanced technologies like MATLAB, C++, and Python in a collaborative and innovative environment.

This is a Contract position based out of Weston, Florida.

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $54.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. This is a hybrid position in Weston,FL.
