Service Manager

We're hiring a skilled and motivated Service Manager to lead our Service and Customer Repair Division. This leadership role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, managing technician schedules, and coordinating across departments to ensure smooth operations and high-quality equipment repairs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Service and Customer Repair Division, overseeing all service and repair activities
  • Communicate directly with clients to understand needs, provide updates, and resolve issues
  • Schedule service technicians for timely and efficient job completion
  • Address customer concerns with professionalism and urgency
  • Coordinate between rental and equipment teams to maintain workflow
  • Supervise repairs, including part installations and routine maintenance
  • Partner with the Parts Manager on inventory and purchasing
  • Manage and support a team of 8–10 employees

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven background in service management, ideally in construction equipment or a related industry
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Organizational strength in scheduling, inventory, and multitasking
  • Ability to collaborate across departments in a fast-paced setting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with construction equipment and tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in mechanical troubleshooting, field service, and parts management
  • Knowledge of inventory control and purchase order systems

Work Environment

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
