We are seeking a BMS Service Technician who can work independently in the field. The role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and commissioning building automation systems in commercial and mission-critical environments. The ideal candidate should be confident in running solo service calls.

Work Environment:
This role involves local and domestic travel to client sites, with stays of up to 1-3 days per site. The technician will work on construction and service sites, focusing on installation and commissioning of new panels and controllers. Travel from home to project sites within 30 miles is considered a commute, with mileage reimbursement available for longer distances. When not traveling, remote work from a home office is expected. The work involves setting up new equipment at existing sites, with support from subcontractors for wire pulling and panel installation. Heavy lifting is not required.

Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $52.88/hr.
