Job Description Overview
We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Sr Mechanical Engineer to lead healthcare-focused projects, cultivate client relationships, and mentor technical staff in Seattle. This role is ideal for someone with deep healthcare design experience and strong leadership capabilities, looking to drive growth and support project delivery in a remote capacity (Seattle-based only).
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage technical teams on healthcare and hospital design projects
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships in the Seattle healthcare market
- Drive project execution with a client-centered approach

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $165,000.00 - $250,000.00/yr.
