Senior Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Principal Engineer to drive growth, cultivate client relationships, and lead a talented technical team in Seattle with expertise on healthcare projects. The ideal candidate will harness their deep knowledge and connections in healthcare to amplify our presence in the region while supporting the delivery of projects.

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth and cultivate client relationships in the Seattle healthcare market.
  • Lead and manage a talented technical team with a focus on healthcare projects.
  • Utilize extensive experience in healthcare and hospital design to enhance project execution.
  • Manage projects with a client-centered approach, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Mentor and guide local staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Essential Skills

  • Extensive experience in healthcare and hospital design.
  • Proficiency in Revit and design software.
  • Strong project management expertise.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentorship.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Experience in life sciences.
  • Established network, or the ability to develop strong client relationships in the Seattle healthcare market.

Work Environment

The position is remote only within Seattle, emphasizing flexibility in the work environment. The company has been operating successfully for 60 years and is structured as an ESOP, V Corp, For Profit Company.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Seattle, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $165000.00 - $250000.00/yr.
