Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join our team and contribute to the optimization of production processes within a highly regulated environment. This role is ideal for an individual passionate about lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and driving operational excellence through data-driven engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in daily value stream meetings to align on production goals and priorities
• Validate equipment to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and operational functionality
• Investigate non-conformances and customer complaints, implementing corrective actions
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing and cell layout optimization
• Manage projects from concept through execution, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in SolidWorks for mechanical design and documentation
• Experience with Design of Experiments (DOE) and data analysis
• Demonstrated success in Lean Six Sigma and process improvement initiatives
• Strong project management capabilities and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience in medical device or other highly regulated manufacturing environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in mechanical or industrial manufacturing settings
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
• Formal training in Lean Manufacturing methodologies

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $140000.00/yr. Medical, dental, vision, Life insurance, long term disability, flexible spending account
