We are seeking a skilled and motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join our team and contribute to the optimization of production processes within a highly regulated environment. This role is ideal for an individual passionate about lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and driving operational excellence through data-driven engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in daily value stream meetings to align on production goals and priorities
- Validate equipment to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and operational functionality
- Investigate non-conformances and customer complaints, implementing corrective actions
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing and cell layout optimization
- Manage projects from concept through execution, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in SolidWorks for mechanical design and documentation
- Experience with Design of Experiments (DOE) and data analysis
- Demonstrated success in Lean Six Sigma and process improvement initiatives
- Strong project management capabilities and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience in medical device or other highly regulated manufacturing environments
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in mechanical or industrial manufacturing settings
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
- Formal training in Lean Manufacturing methodologies
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
