Responsibilities

• Participate in morning meetings to align with the value stream objectives.
• Validate equipment to ensure compliance and functionality.
• Support day-to-day operations by investigating non-conformances and addressing complaints.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing and cell setup.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in SolidWorks.
• Experience with design of experiments (DOE).
• Proven track record in lean six sigma and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Project management skills.
• Experience in a medical device or highly regulated industry.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in a mechanical or industrial manufacturing environment.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.
• Six Sigma Green Belt training is preferred.
• Lean Manufacturing training is preferred.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Rahway, New Jersey.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
