Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific testing and measurement needs.
• Travel to client sites, ranging from short drives to domestic flights, to gather requirements.
• Modify existing system designs to meet client specifications and create tailored solutions.
• Test and troubleshoot designed systems to ensure functionality and reliability.
• Communicate with clients to confirm system completion and satisfaction.
• Assist with the installation of completed systems at client sites, occasionally in collaboration with Field Service Engineers.

Essential Skills

• Experience designing RF systems, with a focus on RF measurement systems or antennas.
• Background in aerospace, defense, and/or aviation industries.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in proposals and customer interactions.
• Knowledge of mechanical positioning systems.
• Familiarity with analytical tools such as MATLAB, GRASP, and HFSS.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Torrance, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $160000.00 - $180000.00/yr. Can do a sign-on bonus, likely up to $10k, for the right person

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Torrance,CA.
