Quality Technician

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Technician to join their manufacturing team. This role is critical to ensuring our products meet rigorous quality standards and exceed customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and a passion for continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include:

  • Perform in-process and final inspections of lawnmower components and assemblies
  • Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify product specifications
  • Document and report non-conformances; assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to uphold ISO and internal standards
  • Support audits and quality system improvements
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of quality control principles and inspection techniques
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality documentation systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Pay and benefits:

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
