Quality Engineer

Quality Engineer – Manufacturing

Join a fast-paced manufacturing team as a Quality Engineer focused on driving product quality, process control, and continuous improvement. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, solid engineering fundamentals, and hands-on experience in production quality.

What You'll Do

• Audit processes, products, and quality systems to ensure compliance
• Lead corrective actions, CAPA, and process improvements
• Analyze failures, deviations, and customer complaints
• Create and maintain quality documentation (MEFAs, reports, indicators)
• Support customer inspections and demonstrate product compliance
• Implement containment and preventive actions to avoid recurrence

What You Bring

• BS in Mechanical Engineering
• 3+ years in production quality
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 (UL/FM a plus)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shreveport, LA.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $39.00 - $41.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
