Join a dynamic cross-functional team as a Quality Engineer, where you will have the opportunity to dive into customer-specific portals to monitor and address corrective actions. Utilize problem-solving methodologies like 8D, 5Y, and 3-legged 5Y to ensure quality standards are met. Engage in completing PPAPs, depending on the stage of launch, and collaborate closely with customers and suppliers. Be hands-on in production, creating and training on job instructions, and conducting gage RR for products.

You will report to the current Quality Manager within a department that includes two Quality Engineers, two Quality Technicians, and one Quality Systems person. Enjoy a flexible work environment with hours typically from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with flexibility on start times if needed. The position is based in a smaller manufacturing shop situated in a rural area, specializing in the production of aftermarket automotive parts and lines for OEMs.

Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $36.06 - $40.87/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
