Project Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager to join our team. This role involves client interfacing, utilizing Excel, and requires general computer knowledge along with strong social skills.

Responsibilities

• Interface with clients to ensure project requirements are met.
• Utilize project engineering and management skills in automation and airport baggage projects.
• Coordinate and manage project tasks, ensuring timely completion.
• Organize and prioritize tasks based on customer needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Contribute to the design and construction of large-scale industrial projects in various sectors.
• Participate in all project phases from conceptual planning to occupancy.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in project engineering and project management.
• Experience with automation and airport baggage handling systems.
• Strong organizational and task prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating thoughts clearly.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in conveyor systems is ideal.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam software.
• Skills in internal coordination, scheduling, budgeting, and estimating.
• Background in airports, automation, or controls is highly desirable.
• Teachability and willingness to learn unique processes in a dynamic environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aurora, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $58.00/hr.
