Entry level project engineers that will report up to the project manager on site. Will be in charge of keeping track of materials on site and may have to put together some spreadsheets. Document Control & Workflow: Helping manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Keeping logs updated and ensuring timely responses. Material Management: Tracking deliveries, verifying quantities, and coordinating storage. Updating procurement logs and flagging shortages or delays. Schedule Assistance: Updating look-ahead schedules and daily reports. Communicating with subs to align on timelines and milestones. Cost Tracking: Assisting with budget updates and invoice reviews. Monitoring labor hours and productivity metrics Field Coordination: Walking the site to verify installation progress. Supporting punch list creation and closeout documentation Vendor/Subcontractor Liaison: Following up on quotes, lead times, and compliance paperwork. Helping draft scopes of work and purchase orders

The pay range for this position is $36.06 - $40.86/hr.
